SNS Platform and subsea asset decommissioning :

On-site management of decommissioning preparation work scopes during a plug and abbandonment simops campaign executed from a Jack Up barge. The physical preparations of the asset were in parallel with the engineering preparations for asset removal by heavy lift shearleg vessel. Next to the preparations of approved method statements, this included management of structural, hydrodynamic and classification parties. The execution saw use of internal dredging and cutting techniques as wel as the creation of new lift points by means of ILTs. Onboard project engineering support during execution of the asset removal (topside and jacket) by heavy lift concluded the first scope. 

The second scope commenced with tender assistance to the subsea asset removal scope. A bespoke method was created to remove wellhead protection structures by means of heavy lift shear leg vessel. Post award, this was followed by the day to day technical and subcontractor management and detailed development in collaboration with the operational departments. Field engineering support during execution concluded the scope of work.
